GROUP COACHING PROGRAM TO LEVEL UP TECH LEADERS

What's in the program? Watch this.

The  group coaching program is a leadership accelerator. It covers a broad curriculum that is accredited with the UK-based Institute of Leadership.

All students receive a one-year membership in this international leadership group, for networking and further education.

Why is this different?

1. Tested Principles

The principles covered in the group coaching program is a system of core leadership principles, organized with on-the-ground applicability out of the box. The focus is on intentional decisions, personal accountability, and tangible outcomes.

2. Awareness

Many leaders have blind spots that they don't even know about. Awareness is fundamental to the group coaching program. Each leader is armed with methods and techniques to build superior awareness, which results in better adaptability.

3. Coaching Model

The group coaching program involves direct interaction with experienced leaders to ensure the concepts are understood, applied, and put to use. Vulnerability and sharing is encouraged so that core challenges can be discovered and addressed.

Testimonials From Alumni

Meet Coach Cory

I started working in technology in the late 1980s, and I have been leading engineering teams for about 15 years.

The group coaching program was inspired by all the lousy leadership role models I’ve encountered:

  • Business “leaders” who were well-versed in corporate-speak and politics, but with very little ability to inspire others or achieve anything.
  • Technology narcissists who always had to be the smartest people in the room, could never admit mistakes, and were terrible mentors.
  • Absentee bosses who manage up, and disregard those actually doing the work.

This program is my way of giving back to the world. My goal is to reach and enrich the lives of tech leaders everywhere.
